Trademark

Nextoy, LLC, the co-owner of KenKen® in conjunction with Gakken Co. Ltd., has informed me that they are also the trademark owners of the KenDoKu™ brand name.

According to a document from Nextoy, WebKendoku.com falsely implies otherwise approved, sponsored or endorsed affiliation with their brand. While this is not the case, in order to alleviate any legal disputes, WebKendoku.com will cease to exist in its current form following this request by Nextoy LLC.

WebKendoku.com and all associated blogs will no longer be updated or maintained beginning today and effective immediately; instead, all existing content will be modified, migrated, and moved to a new domain.

I apologize for the inconvenience this commotion may cause you and I hope you continue to be loyal players and visit us at our new location http://www.mathdoku.com.

Thanks.

Split-testing link ad units

Surprisingly, the top horizontal link units vastly outperformed the bottom units on the first day. We will continue to split-test a couple more days to eliminate any outlier data.

it's been 2 weeks

it's been 2 weeks since i've made an update here... while i like blogger a lot, i've found that it is easier (faster) to make quick status updates on twitter (http://twitter.com/kendoku)... so for more day-to-day updates, check us out on twitter... but that's not to say that we won't still be here... so check us out here too from time-to-time...

until then have fun playing games and why not check out our newest version, the "no-op", no operations (without math clues), games at http://www.webkendoku.com/?level=no-op
